House policies
Clear policies protect your appointment — and our stylists' livelihoods. No awkward conversations at checkout.
A 50% deposit secures color, balayage, and extension appointments over $150. Deposits apply to your service total and are fully refundable with 24+ hours notice.
Life happens — just give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and your deposit moves with you, no questions asked.
Missed appointments without notice are charged a $50 no-show fee and require a deposit to rebook. Our chairs are in demand — ghosting one keeps someone else waiting.
We hold your chair for 15 minutes past your start time. After that we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
